These terms cover datumroot.com and the Datum plans you can buy here. Datum LLC ("Datum", "we") is based in Chicago, Illinois. By using the site or buying a plan, you agree to them.

The site

You can browse, request a growth plan and book a consultation for free. Don't misuse the forms, scrape the site or try to break it. Everything on the site, including the Datum name, mark, copy and design, belongs to Datum.

Plans and billing

• Datum Software is $299 a month. Datum Web & Software is $399 a month. Custom growth and marketing is quoted after a consultation.
• Plans bill monthly through Stripe, starting on the day you check out.
• Calls and texts sent through Datum are billed at cost on every plan, with a running total in your account.
• Live appointment setters are a staffed add-on, priced separately.

No contracts

There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancel any time by emailing faizan@datumroot.com; your plan stops at the end of the current billing month and won't renew.

Onboarding

After checkout you'll get an email and a text within 24 hours. We'll collect your business information and schedule setup. Onboarding usually takes 7–10 days.

Your data

Your customer records are yours. You can export everything at any time, and we'll hand it over if you leave. We use your data only to run Datum for you.

Your content

Photos, video and websites we make for you are yours to use anywhere once paid for. You give us permission to show finished work in our portfolio unless you tell us not to.

Texting rules

If you use Datum to text your own customers, you're responsible for having their consent and honoring opt-outs. Datum handles STOP replies automatically.

What we promise, and what we don't

We stand behind our work. If you're not happy, tell us and we'll make it right. We don't guarantee a specific number of leads, jobs or revenue; results depend on your market, your offer and your follow-through. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Continuing to use Datum after a change means you accept it.

Law

Illinois law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Cook County, Illinois.
